Our tours are private, the descriptions of the tours and the timing refer to departure from Florence and return to Florence, in case your address is outside Florence, do not hesitate to contact us, we will find the right solution for your needs.

We use MERCEDES BENZ vehicles such as Klass V, Vito and Sprinter up to 8 seats plus driver.

 

According to Italian laws, these vehicles are of category M1 and have access to limited traffic zones, ZTL, allowing our customers to avoid long walks before reaching the center, if you go with a bus, or with a free rental car, with a strong risk of getting fines for access to the ZTL.

 

It is also a good opportunity for bigger groups of to visit the most important cities, instead of the bus.

 

Our prices, which will be sent to the customer on request, are competitive and have an excellent quality/price ratio. The prices that will be communicated are per vehicle and not per
person, the prices include:

 

1. Rent of the vehicle for the allowed time
2. Driving guide service for all the time an expert and English speaking driver
3. Gasoline
4. Tolls
5. Any kind of permit for the vehicle, ZTL
6. Insurance at the highest coverage for the passengers
7. Vat and local taxes
8. Parking fees
9. Pick up and dropp off at your location

 

Prices don’t include

 

1. Meals
2. Entrance fees and museum tickets where requested
3. Use of other means of transportation as at 5 terre or Venice

 

Our drivers, all English speaking, are not guides but know the history of the places and are able to give you a general introduction on the places to visit and suggest restaurants, cafes
where you can stop for a break or an excellent lunch.

 

They cannot leave the car and walk with you, we can however with advance notice contact a guide for a walking tour. The guide is highly recommended for the visit of SIENA, LUCCA, FLORENCE, AREZZO, ASSISI. In the tours descriptions you will find the duration time that is what we suggest to visit the places, buti f you wish to extend your tours no problems, we can do that. We don’t put a schedule because the beauty to have a private driver is that you can stay the time you want in a place, even if at the beginning of the tour the driver will suggest you how much time to spend in each place. We give you a maximum time for all the day.

 

Also your driver will give you the mobile number and you can reach him for any update regarding the schedule. Our fares are a result of time and kms.
