Marco Miniati manages all client relationships, from the initial planning and information phase to the final booking. "I was born and raised in Florence, where I still reside. I graduated as a Business Expert and Correspondent in Foreign Languages in 1982. After a diverse early career, I entered the tourism sector in 1995."

After obtaining my professional driver's license, I began my career at Alibus before moving to Barocchi in 1997—one of the largest and most historic chauffeur companies in Italy. Those years were highly formative; I learned to manage high-end international clientele while working with prestigious hotels such as the Westin Excelsior, St. Regis, and Helvetia & Bristol.
In 2001, I decided to open my own company to offer clients my full range of experience and passion. My greatest satisfaction is seeing clients return year after year.

"I was born and raised in Florence, where I still reside. I graduated as a Business Expert and Correspondent in Foreign Languages in 1982. After a diverse early career, I entered the tourism sector in 1995.
After obtaining my professional driver's license, I began my career at Alibus before moving to Barocchi in 1997—one of the largest and most historic chauffeur companies in Italy. Those years were highly formative; I learned to manage high-end international clientele while working with prestigious hotels such as the Westin Excelsior, St. Regis, and Helvetia & Bristol.
In 2001, I decided to open my own company to offer clients my full range of experience and passion. Outside of work, I love traveling with my family in our motorhome. We have explored much of Europe, including Austria, Scandinavia, Germany, Turkey, and France.
I also have a brother, Paolo, who is a talented craftsman in Florence producing high-end, original costume jewelry (you can find his work here). My greatest satisfaction is seeing clients return year after year. Our dedicated team also includes Tiziano, Ivano, Marco, Massimiliano (Max), and Abbass."
